By using Sajuteller you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use Sajuteller

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sajuteller. By proceeding past the age confirmation screen, you represent that you are an adult.

2. What Sajuteller is

Sajuteller is an entertainment and self-reflectionservice. It generates Saju (Four Pillars) charts from birth information and offers narrative interpretation and AI-assisted conversation. The narratives are not predictions, prophecies, or guarantees.

3. What Sajuteller is not

  • It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
  • It is not legal advice.
  • It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, or predict illness.

For any decision in those areas, consult a licensed professional.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Sajuteller to harm, harass, defame, or impersonate another person;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the AI chat, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • scrape, mirror, or republish the readings in bulk;
  • use the service to violate any law.

5. Your content

Anything you type into Sajuteller (birth information, chat messages, feedback) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We do not store it beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content disclosure

The Saju chart (pillars, ten gods, five-element balance, luck cycles) is computed deterministically from your birth information and is not produced by AI. Everything narrative — including reading sections, archetype copy, and chat replies — is generated by a large language model (LLM) we operate.

You acknowledge that AI-generated output:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, hallucinated, or contradictory, even with identical input.
  • Is not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, real-estate, or spiritual counsel.
  • Is not a prediction of future events. Any forward-looking phrasing is interpretive narrative, not a forecast, guarantee, or warranty.
  • Should not be relied upon for major life decisions — career, finance, health, relationships, legal matters, religion, child-rearing, end-of-life planning, immigration, etc.
  • May contain biases inherent in the training data of the underlying model, and may reflect cultural assumptions that do not match your context.
  • Is generated without human review before it reaches you.
  • May change as we update or replace the underlying model. Past outputs are not reproducible.

Chart data (pillars, ten gods, five-element balance, indicators, luck cycle) is computed deterministically from your birth information. Narrative interpretation and chat replies are produced by a large language model and are subject to the limitations described above. By proceeding past the age gate you confirm you understand the entertainment-only nature of the service.

7. No warranty

Sajuteller is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sajuteller and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed US $25 or the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sajuteller harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including (without limit) for suspected abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We operate from Seoul, Republic of Korea, but have chosen California law to provide a single, well-defined legal framework for users in our primary target market. This choice does not waive any non-waivable consumer rights you may hold under the law of your own jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
